What’s more fun than summer camp? Summer camp with your favorite Downtown businesses! Join us for our fourth annual Camp Soul City, a family-friendly event.

Participate in activities and earn merit badges to show off your love for all things local. Make sure you bring sunscreen and stay hydrated while you hop around Downtown. Camp HQ is located outside of Augusta & Co. with maps and information, joined with by Pop Company selling popsicles to help you keep cool.

2025 Camp Activities:

• Augusta Candle Co. — S’mores Candles & Custom Trucker Hats ($10)
  Pour your own 8 oz. S’mores scented candle or visit our custom trucker hat bar.

• The Book Tavern — DIY Collage Bookmarks (Free)
  Relax at The Book Tavern and craft a bookmark. We’ll have all the supplies - magazines, markers, stickers, and ribbons - for you to create your personalized page placeholder. [Enter your creation in the Bookmark Contest for a chance to win a Book Tavern gift card!]

• Buona Caffe — Camp Coffee (Free)
  Let’s go camping! Join us as we set up camp inside of our roastery and show you how to make a great cup of coffee using different methods and freshly roasted Buona Caffe coffee.

• Grantski Records — Tie Dye T-Shirts ($15/kids, $25/adults)
  Tie dye is back with a fresh new design (check our social media @grantskirecords for the reveal). Come get stained!

• Morris Museum of Art — Painted Kites ($3)
  Decorate a small kite to fly at home on our beautiful summer evenings. We’ll have coloring sheets for younger artists. Activity fee includes free admission to the Museum.

• Three Crows Fiber — Yarn Lanyards (Free)
  Camp isn’t complete without a lanyard. Learn how to craft your own with the Three Crows! Five crafters per hour (sign ups available soon). We’ll have a separate craft for younger fiber artists.

• Urban K9 — Water Balloon Races (Free)
  Race to pop your team’s bucket of water balloons first! To pop the balloons, each team member will run to sit on the water balloon and then run to the back of their line (we suggest wearing clothes you’re comfortable getting wet).
